Tenant's Product Tabs

The Product Tabs on the Tenant Details page provide insights into the digital products that a tenant has subscribed to within RoSaaS. Each tab offers specific information about the product subscription, including status, health check details, and subscription history.

Tenant’s Product Tab

The “Tenant’s Product Tab” provides administrators with an in-depth understanding of the digital products that a tenant has subscribed to within RoSaaS. This tab offers specific insights into the product subscription, including its current status, health check details, and subscription history.

Status

The “Status” indicates the current state of the product subscription for the tenant. This status reflects actions such as “Deactivate request is sent,” “Creating,” “Created As Active,” and more. It offers a snapshot of the product’s state within the tenant’s subscription.

Health Check URL

The “Health Check URL” refers to the main URL used for health checks on the product. It can be either the default URL or a customized one, enabling administrators to monitor the product’s health and performance efficiently. When the URL is edited, it is accompanied by a label indicating whether it is the “default” or “overridden” URL, providing clarity on the source of the URL.

Last Updated Date

The “Last Updated Date” provides information about the most recent update to the product subscription’s status. This date offers insights into recent changes, aiding in tracking subscription modifications.

Health Check Status

The “Health Check Status” indicates the current health status of the product subscription for the tenant. It showcases whether the product is deemed “Healthy” or “Unhealthy,” along with the last checked date, allowing administrators to promptly address any potential issues. This status is accompanied by additional information:

  • Last Checked URL: The URL that was checked during the most recent health check, offering insights into the specific resource that was assessed.

  • Duration: The duration of time taken for the health check to complete, providing an understanding of the efficiency of the health monitoring process.

The Health Check Status Info provides administrators with valuable data about the health of the product subscription, enabling them to make informed decisions and ensure the seamless operation of the tenant’s services.

Meta Data

The “Meta Data” section in each product tab is a placeholder, providing the flexibility to replace it with relevant data specific to your system. This section can store additional information or metadata associated with the particular product subscription for the tenant.

History

The “History” column on the right side of the page displays a chronological record of events related to the tenant’s product subscription. This history log tracks the product’s journey, offering insights into the actions performed within the system. It includes details such as who initiated the action, the description of the action, and the timestamp of the action.

The Tenant’s Product Tab equips administrators with comprehensive tools to manage product subscriptions, monitor health, and track subscription history. This level of control empowers platform administrators to deliver a seamless and optimized SaaS experience to their tenants.
