Tenant Details Tab
The 'Tenant Details Tab' provides an in-depth overview of specific tenant information and interactions within RoSaaS. This tab offers comprehensive insights into key tenant details, including title, unique identifier, subscribed products, creation and modification dates.
Details
In the “Tenant Details Tab,” you will find comprehensive information about the selected tenant:
Title
The title or name of the tenant serves as a recognizable identifier. It allows quick identification of the tenant among others.
Unique Name
The unique identifier assigned to the tenant during the creation process. This identifier is crucial for backend systems and databases to distinguish between different tenants.
Products
This section lists the digital products that the tenant has subscribed to. The selection of products determines the services and features accessible to the tenant, tailoring their experience.
Created Date
The date when the tenant was initially added to the RoSaaS platform. This date provides valuable insights into the tenant’s inception and history within the platform.
Last Updated Date
The most recent date when the tenant’s details were modified or updated. This information helps in tracking changes and maintaining an accurate record of the tenant’s profile.
Edit Tenant
The “Edit Tenant” functionality, accessible from the “Tenant Details Tab,” empowers you to modify specific tenant information to maintain accurate and up-to-date records. This feature allows you to update the tenant’s title, which serves as a recognizable identifier within the system.
It’s important to note that while you can update the tenant’s title, the unique identifier assigned to the tenant during the creation process cannot be changed. This identifier is essential for referencing and distinguishing tenants within the system.
Please ensure that any changes made are accurate and necessary, as they will directly impact the tenant’s profile and interactions with your SaaS platform.
After making the desired edits, save the changes by clicking the “Update” button. The updated information will be reflected, providing you with an up-to-date and comprehensive view of your tenant management within the RoSaaS platform.
Deactivate and Delete Buttons
Within the “Tenant Details Tab,” for tenants, you will find “Deactivate” and “Delete” buttons that apply to all active products associated with the tenant:
Deactivate
The “Deactivate” button allows you to temporarily deactivate resources for all active products of the tenant. This action is useful for managing tenant subscriptions without permanently removing their data. By deactivating, you can pause access to the subscribed products while retaining their information.
Delete
The “Delete” button enables you to permanently remove all resources associated with the tenant’s active products. Exercise caution when using this action, as it irreversibly deletes the tenant’s data and related resources. This option is suitable for cases where a tenant’s products need to be entirely removed from the system.
It’s important to note that these actions impact all products that are currently active for the tenant. The “Tenant Details Tab” serves as a central hub for tenant management, enhancing the RoSaaS user experience by streamlining operations and interactions.
