Product Trial Period Tab

Set up trial periods for your products to provide potential customers with a risk-free way to experience your offerings.

Trial Period Tab #

The Trial Period tab allows you to configure trial options for your products, providing flexibility in how potential customers can experience your services before committing to a full subscription. There are three types of trial configurations available:

No Trial #

• Description: This option indicates that no trial period is offered for the product. Customers will have to subscribe to a plan without any initial trial phase.

Each Plan Has Optional Trial Period #

• Description: With this option, each subscription plan can have its own optional trial period. You can specify the trial period for each plan within the Plan tab.
• Functionality: When a customer subscribes to a plan with an optional trial period, the subscription will start with the trial period. After the trial ends, it will automatically continue with the same plan.

Product Has Trial Plan #

• Description: This option allows the product itself to have a dedicated trial plan.
• Configuration:
  • Trial Plan: Choose the plan that will be used during the trial period.
  • Trial Period in Days: Specify the number of days the trial period will last.
• Functionality: When a customer subscribes to a product with a trial plan, the subscription will start with the specified trial plan and period. After the trial period ends, the subscription will automatically transfer to the selected plan.

By configuring these trial options, you can provide potential customers with a risk-free opportunity to experience your products, thereby increasing the likelihood of conversions to full subscriptions.
