Introduction to the Admin Panel

Upon signing in as a client admin or owner, you will land on the RoSaaS admin panel. This panel is your main workspace for managing tenants, products, settings, and more. Below is a detailed description of each section and its functionalities.

Sign-In

To access the admin panel, you need to sign in using your registered email and password. If you are not registered, you can create an account using the “Create Account” link on the sign-in page.

Dashboard

Once signed in, you will be directed to the dashboard. The dashboard provides an overview and quick access to various sections of the admin panel.

The navigation menu is located on the left side of the panel. It contains the following sections:

  • Description: Use the search bar to quickly find specific tenants, products, or settings.

Tenants

  • Description: This section lists all the tenants under your management.
  • Options:
    • Add Tenant: Click on the plus button next to the search bar and select “Add Tenant” to create a new tenant.
    • Tenant List: View and manage existing tenants.

Products

  • Description: This section lists all the products available in your organization.
  • Options:
    • Add Product: Click on the plus button next to the search bar and select “Add Product” to add a new product.
    • Product List: View and manage existing products.

Settings

  • Description: Access various settings related to your organization.
  • Options:
    • Health Check: Monitor the health status of your products and services.
    • Subscriptions: Manage subscription details and settings.
    • Product Warnings: View warnings and alerts related to your products.
    • Card Management: Manage payment methods and billing information.

Profile Management

Access your profile details by clicking on your email address at the top right corner of the panel. Here, you can view and update your personal information, such as your email, full name, organization, mobile phone, and address. You also have the option to change your password.

Key Functionalities

  • Add Tenant/Product: Easily add new tenants or products using the plus button next to the search bar.
  • Edit Profile: Update your personal information by clicking on the “Edit” button in the profile section.
  • Change Password: Securely change your password through the “Change Password” option in the profile section.
