Profile Management in the Tenant Workspace
The Profile section in the Tenant Workspace allows you to view and update your personal information, as well as change your password. This guide provides detailed instructions on how to manage your profile.
Profile Overview
When you navigate to the Profile section, you will see a form containing your current profile information. The fields include:
- Email: Your registered email address. This field is typically non-editable as it serves as your primary identifier.
- Organization: The name of your organization (if applicable). This field can be updated if there are changes in your organizational details.
- Full Name: Your full name as registered. This can be updated to reflect any changes in your legal or preferred name.
- Mobile Phone: Your contact number. Ensure this is up to date for any necessary communications.
- Address: Your physical address (if applicable). Keeping this updated is important for any physical correspondence.
Editing Your Profile
To update your profile information, follow these steps:
- Click the Edit Button: Located at the top right of the Profile section, this button enables the edit mode for your profile.
- Make Changes: The fields will become editable. You can now update your organization name, full name, mobile phone, and address. Note that some fields, such as your email, might remain non-editable.
- Save Changes: Once you have updated the information, click the Save All button to save your changes. This button will also be at the top right, replacing the Edit button during the editing process.
- Cancel Changes: If you decide not to save the changes, click the Cancel button to revert back to the original information. This ensures that no unintended changes are made to your profile.
Changing Your Password
To change your password, follow these steps:
- Click the Change Password Button: This button is located next to the Edit button in the Profile section.
- Enter Current Password: In the pop-up form that appears, enter your current password in the first field. This is required to verify your identity.
- Enter New Password: In the second field, enter the new password you wish to set. Ensure it meets any specified security requirements (e.g., minimum length, use of special characters).
- Confirm New Password: Re-enter your new password in the third field to confirm it.
- Submit: Click the Submit button to save your new password. If you decide not to change your password, you can click the Close button to exit the form without making any changes.
