Managing Renewals in the Tenant Workspace

The Renewals section in the Tenant Workspace allows tenants to view and manage their subscription renewals. This guide provides detailed instructions on the available renewal management options.

Renewal List

In the Renewals section, you will find a list of all your subscription renewals. Each renewal card provides the following details:

  • Subscription: The name of the subscription and its corresponding tenant.
  • Plan: The specific subscription plan (e.g., Pro Plan, Advanced-Plan, Basic-Plan).
  • Enabled Date: The date when the renewal was enabled.
  • Auto Renewal: Indicates whether auto-renewal is enabled or disabled.
  • Next Billing Date: The date when the next billing will occur.
  • Payment Method: Shows the payment method used for the renewal.

Renewal Management Options

Each renewal card includes actions for managing renewals:

Enable Auto Renewal

  • Description: Automatically renews your subscription at the end of each billing cycle.
  • How to Enable:
    1. Locate the renewal card of the subscription you want to enable auto-renewal for.
    2. Click on the three-dot menu (⋮) on the renewal card.
    3. Select Enable Auto Renewal.
    4. Confirm your choice in the prompt.

Cancel Renewal

  • Description: Cancels the scheduled renewal for your subscription.
  • How to Cancel:
    1. Locate the renewal card of the subscription you want to cancel the renewal for.
    2. Click on the three-dot menu (⋮) on the renewal card.
    3. Select Cancel Renewal.
    4. Confirm your choice in the prompt.

Renewal Types

There are three types of renewals:

  1. Upgrade Renewal:

    • Description: Indicates an upgrade to a higher plan. It shows the new plan and the next billing date.
    • Actions: Enable auto-renewal or cancel the upgrade renewal.
  2. Auto Renewal:

    • Description: Standard auto-renewal for the current plan.
    • Actions: Enable or disable auto-renewal.
  3. Downgrade Renewal:

    • Description: Indicates a downgrade to a lower plan. It shows the new plan and the next billing date.
    • Actions: Enable auto-renewal or cancel the downgrade renewal.

By following these steps, tenants can effectively manage their subscription renewals within the RoSaaS Tenant Workspace. Regularly review your renewal settings to ensure your subscriptions are aligned with your needs.
