Managing Payment Methods in the Tenant Workspace
The Payment Methods section in the Tenant Workspace allows tenants to manage their payment methods efficiently. This guide provides detailed instructions on how to add new cards, set default cards, and delete cards.
Payment Method Management
In the Payment Methods section, you will find a list of all your saved payment cards. Each card displays the following information:
- Cardholder Name: The name of the cardholder.
- Card Number: The last four digits of the card number.
- Expiry Date: The card’s expiration date.
The design of the Payment Methods section is clean and user-friendly. Each card is presented in a visually distinct card format, making it easy to view and manage your payment information. The cards are organized in a grid layout for easy navigation, with action buttons clearly labeled for quick access.
Adding a New Card
To add a new payment card, follow these steps:

Click on Add Card:
- Navigate to the Payment Methods section and click on the Add Card button located at the top right corner. This button is highlighted in yellow to attract attention.

Enter Card Details:
- A popup will appear where you need to enter the card details including the cardholder name, card number, and expiration date. The form fields are clearly labeled, and input validation ensures that all details are entered correctly.

Submit Card Details:
- After entering the required information, click the Submit button at the bottom of the popup to save the card.
Managing Existing Cards
Each card in the Payment Methods section includes a three-dot menu (⋮) with the following options:
Set as Default
- Description: Sets the selected card as the default payment method for all subscriptions.
- How to Set as Default:
- Click on the three-dot menu (⋮) on the card you want to set as default.
- Select Set As Default from the dropdown menu.
- The card will now be marked as the default payment method with a label indicating it is the default card.
Delete Card
- Description: Deletes the selected card from your saved payment methods.
- How to Delete a Card:
- Click on the three-dot menu (⋮) on the card you want to delete.
- Select Delete from the dropdown menu.
- Confirm the deletion in the prompt. A confirmation popup will appear to prevent accidental deletions.
By following these steps and utilizing the intuitive design, tenants can effectively manage their payment methods within the RoSaaS Tenant Workspace. Regularly updating your payment methods ensures a smooth experience with no interruptions to your subscription services.
