Viewing Invoices in the Tenant Workspace
The Invoices section in the Tenant Workspace allows tenants to view detailed information about their invoices. This guide provides an overview of the data presented in each invoice.
Invoices List
In the Invoices section, you will find a list of all your invoices. Each invoice card provides the following details:
- Invoice Number: The unique identifier for the invoice (e.g., #615, #634).
- Product: The name of the product for which the invoice was generated (e.g., Apptomator v1, BETA OSOS).
- Tenant: The specific tenant associated with the product (e.g., Apptomator v1 Tenant 1716977045881).
- Plan: The subscription plan linked to the invoice (e.g., Pro Plan, Enterprise Plan, Ultimate Plan).
- Invoice Date: The date when the invoice was issued.
- Total: The total amount due as stated on the invoice.
Understanding Invoice Details
Each invoice card provides a summary of the essential details. Here is a more detailed explanation of each field:
- Invoice Number: This unique identifier helps you keep track of and reference specific invoices.
- Product: Indicates which product the invoice is related to, helping you identify the services you are being billed for.
- Tenant: Displays the tenant name to ensure you know which subscription or client the invoice pertains to.
- Plan: Specifies the subscription plan you are being billed for, allowing you to understand the level of service provided.
- Invoice Date: Shows when the invoice was issued, which is important for payment tracking and financial records.
- Total: The total amount due, including any applicable taxes or fees.
