Quick Start Guide for Payment Integration #

RoSaaS allows clients to generate payment links for their tenants, and tenants can complete payments for specific products directly from the Marketplace. Follow these steps to manage payments effectively.

For Clients #

As a client (product owner), you can generate payment links for your tenants, allowing them to complete payments easily. Here’s how you can do it:

Step 1: Access the Marketplace #

• Go to Marketplace:
  • On the RoSaaS main page, click the “Go to Marketplace” button. This will take you to the Marketplace page where you can explore various SaaS products.

Step 2: Choose a Product #

• Select a Product:
  • Browse the available products and select the one you want to generate a payment link for. This will take you to the product’s details page where you can see different subscription plans.

Step 3: Choose a Plan #

• Select a Plan:
  • Review the available subscription plans for the product. Choose the plan that best fits the needs of your tenant and click on the corresponding button to start the process.

Step 4: Generate Payment Link #

• Enter Subscription Information:
  • You will be directed to a page where you need to enter the subscription information for your tenant. Fill in the required fields such as phone number, age, and email address.

Step 5: Checkout #

1. Review Subscription Details:

   • On the checkout page, review the subscription details including the product, plan, and subscription amount.

2. Checkout Options:

   • You have two options:
     • Checkout: Click the “Checkout” button to proceed with the payment directly on the site.
     • Create Payment Link: Click the “Create Payment Link” button to generate a payment link. You can copy this link and send it to your tenant for them to complete the payment later.

Step 6: Send Payment Link #

• Share the Payment Link:
  • Copy the generated payment link and send it to your tenant via email or any other communication method. Your tenant can use this link to complete the payment.

For Tenants #

As a tenant, you can complete a payment for a product directly from the Marketplace or use a payment link provided by the client. Follow these steps to complete your payment.

Step 1: Access the Marketplace #

• Go to Marketplace:
  • On the RoSaaS main page, click the “Go to Marketplace” button. This will take you to the Marketplace page where you can explore various SaaS products.

Step 2: Choose a Product #

• Select a Product:
  • Browse the available products and select the one you want to subscribe to. This will take you to the product’s details page where you can see different subscription plans.

Step 3: Choose a Plan #

• Select a Plan:
  • Review the available subscription plans for the product. Choose the plan that best fits your needs and click on the corresponding button to start the subscription process.

Step 4: Subscription Information #

• Enter Your Information:
  • You will be directed to a page where you need to enter your subscription information. Fill in the required fields such as your phone number, age, and email address.

Step 5: Checkout #

1. Review Subscription Details:

   • On the checkout page, review your subscription details including the product, plan, and subscription amount.

2. Checkout Options:

   • You have two options:
     • Checkout: Click the “Checkout” button to proceed with the payment directly on the site.
     • Create Payment Link: If the client provided you with a payment link, click the link to proceed with the payment.

Step 6: Complete Payment #

1. Payment Page:

   • If you chose to proceed with the payment directly, you will be redirected to the payment page. Enter your payment details such as your email, card information, cardholder name, and country.

2. Pay:

   • Click the “Pay” button to complete your payment.

Step 7: Confirmation #

• Payment Confirmation:
  • After completing the payment, you will see a confirmation page indicating that your payment was successful. Your subscription to the product is now confirmed.

By following these steps, both clients and tenants can efficiently manage and complete payments for any product on RoSaaS. Enjoy seamless access to a wide range of SaaS products tailored to your needs.
